Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
4 Tbsp Boar's Head Roasted Garlic Hummus
2 Tbsp water
2 slices Boar's Head Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
paprika, for garnish
fresh chives, for garnish
Directions
  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, then transfer the egg yolks into a small mixing bowl.  Set the egg whites aside.
  2. Crumble the egg yolks with a fork, then stir in the hummus and water until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the hummus mixture and place on a serving platter.
  4. Dress with pieces of bacon, paprika and fresh chives for garnish.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
